The Future Youth Summit (FUYOH) 2018 by the Commonwealth Youth Innovation Centre (CWY) focuses on creating a platform for young minds to share experiences, learn and expand their capacities.

FUYOH is set to take place from 16th to 18th November at Sunway University, Malaysia and will see many government officials, industry experts and youth leaders impart their knowledge and experience in various thematic pillars, namely digitalization, inclusivity, creativity and sustainability. The summit will see panels for each thematic pillar followed by concurrently running workshops hosted by lab partners such as Innovation District 92, Microsoft, Young Sustainable Impact, and Cornerstone Integral Australia.

Event director, Uthraa Iyer, shares that the summit will bring together some of the most significant personalities in the youth development field, and will serve as a great learning platform for youths internationally.

“The Future Youth Summit is a convergence of the future’s most talented minds. Our speakers have all contributed greatly to their respective sectors and we look forward to inspiring the delegates!,” she said.

One of FUYOH’s most prominent speakers is world-renowned physicist and social activist Dr Vandana Shiva who will be a keynote speaker at the event along with Nabeel Qadeer, Chief Innovation Officer Superior Group and co-founder Innovation District 92, who will share their knowledge on sustainability, entrepreneurship and globalization.
